The location.
The room was to small, and you could hear people talking in the rooms next to you.

The hotel overall was OK. The walls were to thin you could hear the
TV and people talking in other rooms.

Location. Too close to strip clubs.

My room had two double beds in it, which made the room extremely cramped. The bathroom is minimalistically spartan, and a big person would definitely encounter challenges.

Loved the chocolate chip cookies at check in!
Smoking room, was horrible smelling!

Friendly staff, nice facility, great location. Loved that they give you warm, huge, homemade, chocolate chip cookies when you check in!
