The bed was really comfortable & they had great cookie.
The tub was very small.

I really enjoyed this hotel. I think the great thing about the hotel is that they have express checkout and you can be billed for any extra services.

The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly.
I have no complaints.

As always, we enjoyed the chocolate chip cookies that we received on our arrival! The employees were very courteous and helpful throughout our stay.

This is such a pretty hotel. It has a great lobby with private spaces with couches for visiting or working. The room had a nice bed and chair with a desk. Quiet hotel. We received warm chocolate chip cookies when we arrived. They have a great morning breakfast buffet also.

Very clean hotel.
The toilet paper roll was too far back behind the toilet bowl.

Overall good hotel. Wouldn't mind staying there again. Only problem I had was that I wish the toilet paper holder was moved forward about 6 - 10 inches. Its too far back so you have to do the twist to get to it. Other then that, great place and loved the warm cookie.

Great staff at the front desk - Hotel very nice.
A little hard to get to the first time.

Hotel was conveniently located to everything worth doing in Dallas! The staff was very friendly. This was a great place to stay for families or couples. I was there ten nights and enjoyed every minute.

This hotel is easy to get in and out of, traffic-wise. The king-sized bed room was larger than most and very comfortable. The view was good, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The surroundings were quiet and pleasant.
I experienced a bug crawling around in one of the fruit bowls. This was taken care of immediately by one of the attendants.

This hotel was very clean and quiet. Everyone want plesant and courteous. My stay there was relaxing and enjoyable. I look forward to staying with you in the future.

The hotel restaurants manager was great, front desk service was nice I really enjoyed the fresh hot cookies when you checkin.
Would have like to have a refeg in the room.

I would love to go back again and I will recommend hotel to all. The restaurants manager,and waitier were great , cookies were great also. The room was very clean and spaceous love it. Didnt want to leave the bed.
