Friendly fast check in.
Breakfast buffet was bad, little food on buffet was cold.

Very convenient location with good parking facilities. Wireless internet in the room was free. Staff was excellent.

It is a very nice, beautiful hotel.
Parking was very limited.

I was a little disappointed in the room because it was at roof level and that is what was outside my window, all of the equipment, etc on the roof. It was ugly and noisy. I stayed because I had already asked to be moved once to a King room. I am a member of the Honors frequent stayer program and have been elite some years. That was not relevant to the staff, however.

The cookies given at the time of check in were wonderful!
The internet was not working, and the staff was less than helpful about it.

The lobby of the double tree was appealing however the rooms were not what i would call appealing.
