Checking in the staff was amazingly friendly.
The location could have been in a better area.
All the staff that we encountered was terrific, the rooms were very clean and upgraded. Wonderful hotel experience!

The hotel was very nice and clean, great free cookies.
The room was a little smaller for a upscale hotel.
We enjoyed our stay at the Doubletree hotel, it was a fabulous price for a nice hotel.

The neighborhood to the west was not good.
Beautiful lobby, clean rooms, great facilities, comfortable beds, great staff with only one exception at night at the front desk, when it was clear that a particular clerk considered airline personnel to be much more important guests than us, but she was the exception.

The chef for the buffet breakfast was exceptional and excellent.
The bathroom counter space was very small.
For what I paid for the hotel through priceline, I would say that it was a very classy and comfortable place to stay. I specially enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the cook helped us. He was excellent and very helpful.

They were prompt in changing the bedding to non-allergenic to meet my needs.
Rooms were clean, fresh, well-maintained. Staff was courteous and eager to help.

Extended hours of the pool, convienient location, coockies upon arival.
The hot tub was dirty and a few jets didnt work, AC did not work in our room.
Hotel staff, although friendly and helpfull, should have offered a comp. due to the AC not working in our room such as a discount for a future stay, coupon for in house resteraunt, ect.
