Check in staff are superior. Very kind, helpful, and attentive.
The maid service was horrendous. Extremely poor job in cleaning room.

The hotel is beautiful and the lobby staff were very kind and helpful. The maid service we received was substandard. Linen had old blood stain on it when we arrived and when they cleaned room did not change linens, replace EMPTY tissue box, add additional shampoo/rinse, etc. Very disappointed in maid service. I travel a great deal and have never felt this way until this trip. I'm not sure if I would like to stay there again, as our room was not cleaned in an acceptable manner. read more
