The restaurant.
My room had been smoked in and when I changed rooms the heater is old and stunk and was very loud.
I was not happy. This is definitely not a 3 star hotel. It needs some work done to it.

We enjoyed the stay very much. It was conveniently located off of the exit and close to the airport.
The only thing I noticed was that the indoor pool was too strongly chlorinated. My son's swim trunks were discolored.
The hotel was wonderful. It's location was right off of the interstate and minutes away from the Denver airport. The staff was friendly and attended to our needs. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who will be in the area. Very clean and up scale for a hotel of its class!

Housekeeping that does their job.
Left room service trays in halls all day through next day when we complained at checkout. Stinks.
Bellhop was great. Front desk rarely answered phones. Unresponsive to guest requests. Severe miscommunications during check in but stay was quiet and comfortable.

The location and closeness for parking were nice.
The beds were to soft and the pillows to round and squishy.
The warm chocolate chip cookies we were given at check-in were wonderful.

Very clean and quiet - new carpet.
Nothing.
This hotel is conveniently located just of I-225 in Aurora, CO. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable - looks like it was recently re-furbished. Carpets and linens are new and the rooms have a "Spa" type feel to them.

Even though there was remodeling going on, the rooms were clean and the beds comfortable.
The pool needed to be cleaner. The water tasted like salt.
This is the second time we have stayed here. The beds were extremely comfortable and the staff very pleasant and helpful. If we needed help with directions we could ask, and they were always willing to help out. They were remodeling, but things were kept as neat as possible and noise was kept to a minimum early in the morning. The pool was fun, but the water tasted like salt and there was a "bath ring" around the edge. Next time we stay in the Denver area we will be staying at the doubletree again. read more

Clean and nice.
No refrigerator and they didn't have any roll away beds left, which we really needed.
Very nice, friendly people, clean and really yummy breakfast, although it is not free.
