No elevator! We had elderly parents who do not do well with stairs.

Very nice atmosphere, comfortable beds and pillows, convenient to shopping and food.

Business center needs updated PC's or software - kept locking up and the printing didn't work. Room and hotel themselves were nice.

Great staff - friendly and accommodating. Room was nice but not super clean. Crumbs on chair/ottoman Bathroom sink-underside was falling away from counter and was super dirty. Bed was very comfortable and clean.
