Nice service. Clean. Pool was nice as was the whirlpool.
I would have preferred a continental breakfast but none was offered. As with these hotels the restaurant was pricey.

Nice hotel for the business traveler. Excellent beds.

The room was comfortable and clean, friendly staff, very accomodating.
The pool was closed the day I wanted to use it, no PBS on cable, restaurant food not very good.

The parking and setup of the hotel was very convenient. I was able to meet my family for brunch Sunday. Shopping and restaurants nearby were good. It was 10 minutes from my workshop, easy to get there. The staff was the best part of the stay! I thought everyone I encountered was exceptional. The food in the hotel does not meet the quality of the whole package in my opinion. I wanted to watch the special about the National Parks on PBS which was not available in my room, very disappointing. The front desk allowed me to watch it in the lounge for which I was so grateful. It was a small pleasure that made me feel very good about my whole experience. read more

Had to pay for internet.

The hotel was nice nothing that really stood out from the rest except for how clean it was. That is what I really liked. Yes the people where friendly but nothing that shouldn't already be there.

It was quiet and clean and friendly staff.
Nothing.

We made reservations through Priceline and received a great price. This hotel was nicer then we expected. Friendly staff, quiet, nice plush bed and nice clean room. Computer and printer for free use. We didn't have time to use the pool but it looked really nice. Restaurants and shopping close by. Free parking.

The hot chocolate cookies received at check-in are delicious.
The heating and AC are noisy. They click on and off continuously. Annoying.

It is a beautiful hotel. It would be nice to include a complimentary breakfast.
