The hotel was nice nothing that really stood out from the rest except for how clean it was. That is what I really liked. Yes the people where friendly but nothing that shouldn't already be there.

It was quiet and clean and friendly staff.
Nothing.

We made reservations through Priceline and received a great price. This hotel was nicer then we expected. Friendly staff, quiet, nice plush bed and nice clean room. Computer and printer for free use. We didn't have time to use the pool but it looked really nice. Restaurants and shopping close by. Free parking.

Too noisy. People running in hallways all night.

This hotel is not my first choice for Novi. I have stayed here in the past during the week and noted somewhat noisy at least until 11:00 or so. I will never stay during the weekend again. Partying at 3 or 4 in the morning people running up and down hallways, loud voices
etc. You cannot tell people how to behave and unfortuantly the people from this family reunion had no manners as far as other guest go. But the hotel should have stepped in, they did when I called but never came back to check later. The hotel is not sound proof by any means. You can hear clearly through the walls TV people. The hallway walls are even worse. Not a place to stay if you sleep lightly or expect privacy. I hope never to stay here again. read more

The room size was very nice and it seemed clean as far as we could tell.
No breakfast, thin walls.

This was a decent hotel. However, when we entered our room, the temp. was a chilly 54 degrees because someone had left the AC on high for a long period of time. When we left the next morning it had finally reached 69 degrees. Also, the walls were quite thin and we could hear the people in the next room talking even when they were using their normal, indoor voices. The staff was helpful but not overly friendly. read more
