The location and the 3 star.

Truly a 3 star facility. Could use microwave and refrigerator in room. But still an excellent facility and would stay again.

Staff was VERY Friendly
The pool had too much chlorine

It was truly a surprise to not only have the nicer rooms but the staff is what really sealed.

Clean, upscale, close to highways and it's on a major road and very convenient.
No drinking water on floor or room.

I would stay at this hotel again. Very impressive lobby, clean rooms, nice staff. Location was great and 2 minutes drive away from major highway and shopping centers. The air condition was kind of strange - sometimes it gets a bit too cold, but we managed.

Friendly staff.
My room was not cleaned on Sunday, and no clean towels.

I was very surprised that the room had not been cleaned on Sunday. I stayed here Tuesday through Monday.
