Beds were comfy. Shower was amazingly good.
Hallway carpets were filthy. Elevators were very inconveniently located.

All in all, it is a decent property, but not up to Doubletree standards. Had booked a room with a balcony, which I did not get at first, but they did resolve the problem. Bar prices were too steep, $5.00 for a bottle of Coors Light (this is Colorado for goodness sake!). Location was great, a short walk to downtown dining and the train.

The spacious rooms.
Not great directions on how to get to your room. Signs are confusing.

The room was extremely beautiful. We did think we were going to get a balcony. Because we were on the third floor and it looked as though all the rooms were. So that was a little disappointing but it was very quiet, clean, and magnificent! We stayed there and didn't want to leave!

Breakfast was poor.

The hotel was very nice with all the facilities that I needed. The views were remarkable.

The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly.

This hotel was grea. it was within walking distances of everything! Very friendly and glad to help you staff. The bed was great! Very comfortable. The room was fabulou. Thank you for the great stay.

We like being able to sit on the balcony and the access to the River Walk.
The bed was too hard. It said sweet dreams bed but once you took the comforter off it was pretty hard.

This was our first stay at the Doubletree in Durango. We dined at the hotel and had a wonderful experience with the service, waiter and quality of food. The location of the hotel is very nice.

The king room was spacious. The newly remolded bathrooms are very nice.
Needs remolded. It's old and shows a lot of wear in the common areas, hallways and rooms.

I would recommend this hotel if you are staying in Durango. It is nicer than most in the area. It's time for some updates and remodeling. The bathrooms have recently been updated and are very nice.

The bed was glorious.
The pool area/hot tub was not supervised - we had to put up with screaming children at 11pm.
