Room was clean, no fresh lines until the 3rd day.
No mini bar in the room.

The hotel was clean, and the room we had was nice. No mini bar, and if you wanted any snacks you had to shop before you returned to the hotel. The gym was good. I worked out 2 of the 3 nights we were there. The only positive was the gym.

The rooms are good sizes and beds are comfortable.
Parking was not included and only one person in that zone.

The hotel is in a good location, and the people are very nice. Their beds are queen size and clean and comfortable.

Only two elevators and one was down on the busiest checkout day.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Knowing our car was secured in the underground parking garage with 24hr valets upstairs was a big plus. There are only 2 elevators to the rooms (separate one to the garage)and when one goes down on a Sunday you need to be patient or be prepared to use the stairs. The staff was very friendly and professional. Breakfast is not free. The rooms are spacious and comfortable but lack a small refrigerator which would have been nice. All in all a very pleasant experience. We would stay again. read more

The location of this hotel was good. It was near a hangout to indigents.
Our room was above the swimming pool and it was very noisy.

This hotel is near a park where indigents or nonworking people hung out. The restaurant only had a buffet for dinner at $24.95 per person and they would not let us order off another menu granted this was Christmas Day but come on. Our room was above the pool area and children were swimming in the pool and it was very noisy at 9:30 p.m.

Nice decorated. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Parking is too expensive.

This hotel is located right on the main strip. A very short walk to River Street or City Market. Plenty of restaurants and entertainment nearby! The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

Convenience; valet parking.
No daily paper - only Sunday; also there was no fridge in the room.

Everyone we encountered was very friendly, from the valet, to the reception desk, to the restaurant. We were within easy walking to Riverfront, City Market, and tours picked up at the hotel as well. Our stay in Savannah was very nice.

Its proximity to River Street makes it attractive.
The valet service was indifferent and somewhat disorganized.

It is a comfortable moderate site to use when visiting Savannah. I don't recoomend the dining room and you need to be aggressive when retrieving your car.

I liked the helpful attitude of the staff. The chocolate chip cookies were awesome at the front desk.
I did not like that I had to use and pay for valet parking. I would have appreciated having enough parking.

Room was very clean. Staff was helpful, providing concierge service in the lobby. Pool and hot tub was fine, clean and under-used. Very relaxing stay, very convenient to everything in the Historical District.
