Great downtown location. Free shuttle to and from Verizon Arena.
Restaurant prices were too high and we were very cold sitting close to the windows.

An excellent value overall. The hotel is beautiful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The fan and heater were a little noisy / loud but did not keep us up. The staff was extremely friendly.

They must have to improve the elevator system.
The front desk need to improve service.

This double tree hotel was not quite impressive as most of the other double tree hotels. The service and facility was not meet the three stars level.

Nothing comes to mind.

An excellent hotel that knows how to treat a customer. Clean rooms, soft beds and a dynamite restaurant. Good hot food and reasonably priced. It was a "happy " place. All the employees were extremely friendly and eager to answer any questions. We really enjoyed our stay.

The maid staff was excellent.
The front hotel staff were stand offish.

When we checked in the lady at the front desk was not very helpful, but the staff behind her were very nice. The restaurant food was good, but the wait staff seemed inattentive. The maid service was very friendly.
