The location was perfect, within comfortable walking distance to downtown activities.
I found the lobby access from the street awkward (having to walk up one flight of stairs).

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff was outstanding. The room, while nothing out of the ordinary, was comfortable and adequate. The bed was what I have come to expect from the Hilton family of hotels: very comfortable.

Close to many downtown attractions.
Valet parking was expensive. Weekend parking on the street was cheaper.

The friendliness of the staff & room cleanliness.
The lobby is up 1 level from the street no escalator hard to find elevator to lobby.

In all a very comfortable hotel. Valet parking check in was a little odd in that they performed a car inspection probable for insurance reasons, but odd. Also as stated above, elevator to avoid stairs to lobby should be more clearly marked and easy to find. All bellmen seemed busy at time of entry and no one pointed out the elevator and I had to carry luggage up the stairs to the lobby. read more

Convenient location. In town, for concert blocks away and were able to walk.
Parking. We paid to valet 24.00 per night.

If you have business or activities planned down town this is a wonderful hotel. Very nice, clean stay, staff not very helpful in assisting with getting around. Valets are not helpful at all for 24.00 per night. Room very nice and clean. Plenty of space for my family of 4. You can hear rooms around you. Lovely pool.

It was a clean hotel, staff was helpful, and well worth the price.

Great Hotel! Staff was very helpful, it was a clean hotel, and the gym actually had equipment that worked! I would definitely recommend this hotel and Priceline. Thanks!

Friendly staff and Starbucks in the Lobby.
Mandatory $24 valet parking or public garage at $16 every time you come and go. Also, bedding was down, down pillows, down duvet. Allergies!!!

The hotel seemed moderately nice. Did not like the parking arrangements or the down bedding as my son and I both are allergic to down. The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. I did not have an opportunity to experience the exercise facilities or the pool, unfortunately.
