The room was very nice and roomy.

The hotel is large and the walk from the front desk to the room, with all of our luggage, was lengthy. With small children this was difficult. We were awakened throughout the night by the trains that blew their horns throughout the night. The room was very nice and roomy. Perhaps if the room was on the other side if the hotel the trains may have not have been an issue.

The hotel staff was not very friendly.

Clean, comfortable, beautiful. Beds were great and so were the linens. The bathrooms were spacious. There were restaurants on site and that was nice.

Internet access was very poor.

A nice place, unless you need internet access. They only extend wireless to a portion of the hotel. They have a lounge there with live entertainment. It has a dress code and cover charge. I asked the bouncer if I could just peek into see what it looked like, to see if I wanted to shower, change clothes, etc. It was very early (7pm), while there were almost no people there. Answer: no. No reason to be so officious. Bartender at the other bar was very nice, but seriously understaffed. She needed a bar back or second bartender for a Friday night. Drink prices are way above average. read more

Clean. Loved that the bed was made with double top sheets and comfy comforter instead of blanket.
Front desk staff could have been a little friendlier.

We loved staying at the Doubletree. The location was so easy to access. Our room was sparkling clean and in like-new condition and we loved the comforter on the bed wrapped in double top sheets. The beds were nice, the staff was helpful and the room was clean. We also loved the extra thick and soft towels and as always, the chocolate chip cookies were a nice touch after our long drive. read more

Excellent steak and the bed was very comfortable and had duvet and white linens.
Smell of pine sol and mustiness (older hotel) on the ground floor of building #2 and in the elevator.

All in all, the staff was friendly and attentive, the food was excellent, parking was plentiful and free, and the room was clean.

Not much good to say. I called the Hotel Accounting Office the following morning about $50 over charges; left the message on the answering machine. The charges were recalled.
