They charged my credit card for part of the stay (in error) - which we found when checking the next credit card bill! Unacceptable!

Their shuttle service was nice since most people need the train to NYC.
They use the lobby for part of the conference area and set up buffet tables only for conference people.

Hotel was very clean and towels were better than most and the room windows opened just enough to let fresh air into the room.

Very friendly and helpful staff.

I've never stayed at a Double Tree before but it was fantastic. Convenient location, excellent staff that was very polite and helpful, comfortable bed and a very nice stay.

Breakfast buffet was $15 dollars.

Professional staff. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Location was good.
