Room service provided cheerful & excellent service.

Beds were incredibly comfortable and room service and meals were excellent! Well worth the other distractions listed as follows: Noise from other guests really carried. Guests really should be more considerate when travelling hallways in hotels. Hotel appears to be a work-in-progress.

The distance from the airport is excellent.
It appeared like it's located in the not so nice side of town, landscaping if any was non-descript.

It's ok.

Manager is 5 star - Went out of his way to be friendly & helpful.

5 STAR Service and friendly helpful Hotel Manager. Knowledgeable staff answering the phone that is very helpful. Would definitely choose this hotel over all others when at the airport in Richmond.

Bathroom fixtures, floor in bad shape, poor workmanship and not too clean.

Okay for one night as a convenient stop over. A bit pricy for what you get in this region.

The ants in the main bedroom.

Excellent clean hotel with large rooms, bathroom located in the middle provided easy access. Hotel staff was very helpful. Extremely easy to access airport. If we were to be in the area again we would stay there.
