Convenience and value.
Staff indifference and slow housekeeping services.
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and were overall very pleased with the value and accommodations for the price paid. However, the staff seemed fairly indifferent to the needs of guests nobody seemed ready to go out of their way to help people with their needs, rooms weren't ready when promised (from what I saw of other guests), and our last day we left a computer charger in the room and the front desk staff was fairly dismissive of my request to have someone look for it after we had checked out. I ended up getting a key and going to get the charger myself! Housekeeping kept blocking our hall with their carts, and one day we didn't get fresh towels for several hours after they removed the dirty ones. The hi-speed Internet connection didn't work as easily (nor did it work each time) as the instructions said. Otherwise, we were pleased with the quality of the room, the convenient location, comfortable bedding and upgraded amenities (Wolfgang Puck coffees, selection of teas, Neutrogena bath items, etc). read more

Overall it was pretty and in a good area.
Front desk staff were rude and unhelpful.
I was thrilled with this hotel, the price, and my room. Then I tried to take a shower and it didn't work. I called the front desk, they told me that I was using it wrong. I tried again, but there was still no water even though it was on and I could hear the water in the wall. I called again and they put me on hold for 10 minutes. I got dressed and walked to the front desk. I explained the problem and was ignored again for about 10 minutes. Finally, they changed my room but no one offered to help me with my bags, even though it was close to midnight, I was alone, and the room was on the other side of the hotel. The hotel was clean and nice, but the front desk staff needs to be retrained. read more

I really loved the complimentary cookie on check in. They were delicious.
The people at the front desk were not always available. People waiting for assistance.
Very clean. Nice parking lot and very close to most things.

Location and access to San Antonio.
Hot tub was filthy and did not work; room located across from service area & hotel staff was noisy late night.
Not likely to return or recommend for anyone else.

Nice rooms, well maintained, good atmosphere.
Had end handicapped room, hard to maneuver my scooter into room.
Would return any time there. Lovely garden area around pool to relax. Large room with comfortable bed. Would recommend to friends. Nice coffee & tea, bedding, pillows, great TV. Excellent amenities in all aspects. Great value for price. Nice free parking with close access to secured entry. Excellent handicapped facilities.
