Hotel was clean, comfortable and easy access to freeway.
Free internet access only on first floor lobby, not convenient for 5th floor customers.
The hotel was very clean, met comfort and leisure expectations. It was easily accessible to freeway, restaurants and nearby mall.

The staff is super friendly. The rooms are clean and nice, but have very loud air conditioning. Beautiful pool area!

Location is handy to airport and freeway access is excellent.
Duvet was stained. Water leak from bathroom overhead light.
The Doubletree is an attractive hotel, built around a courtyard. It appears to have undergone a recent face lift as the common areas were fresh and clean. The rooms are an adequate size with comfortable mattresses. Housekeeping should have replaced a stained duvet, which was very off-putting. The front desk staff were friendly. Bathrooms are small. Our room was very quiet.

Outside pool area was nice and clean.
I asked for double beds same day hotel reservations were made when I arrived they said they had no record and could accommodate me.
Overall, I was not happy with the hotel room accommodations and the restaurant waiter experience was not nice.

Bed was very comfortable, so I was able to get a great sleep.
Parking lot was full, so not easy to find a place to park.
Hotel was great. Check-in was fast and I was in my room quickly. Very quiet, even though the hotel is located on a freeway access road. The room was elegant, and the bed was really comfortable.

Price and location.
The bed was old and poor, the room needs complete upgrading.
Unacceptable unless major remodeling and upgrading is done. This hotel was not even close to the Double Tree Houston! It was a complete letdown for me !
