Double beds were small and coffee.
It was a nice hotel. Check in was fast.

Phones out for half a day. Less than half a roll of toilet paper.
Overall a bad experience based on service but a nice clean hotel.

The room we got had access to an outdoor balcony - with view to the pool/courtyard. Loved it!
the hot tub was broken! I was really wanting to use the hot tub.
The pool is in the middle of the courtyard, which is surrounded by the hotel. It's a beautiful courtyard. The water was a bit too cold, actually so cold I couldn't get in. The rooms were very clean and cozy. I'm very happy with my overall experience.

The hotel was quiet.
Location was hard to access from the expressway (main light off).
Hotel met expectations. We only stayed a night as we were passing through the city but overall it was very clean and comfortable. Impressed with the toiletries and coffee available in the room. Quick check in and check out. Only negative was that the occupant, next door, left their food outside on the floor and upon leaving the room next day it was still outside the door (total of 6 or more hours). read more

Great value for the price. Very friendly staff.
The pool was a little small, but beautiflly lanscaped.
The hotel is wonderful. Nice big rooms, soft bed. The staff was wonderful. The shuttle to nearby attractions was great.
