Friendly staff, consistent service, clean, very comfortable beds, quick and convenient.

We checked in quickly with no fuss. They provided information for us about the surrounding area and directed us to a place for dinner. The rooms were clean, big and comfortable. The shuttle service to the airport was on time and good. The valet parking service was excellent. We arrived back to this hotel late at night and had the same super service. Would definitely stay there again. My kids loved the hot chocolate chip cookies they got on arrival and departure! read more

The room space was huge. The service of the shuttle bus and the bellboy was convenient.

The front desk staff was unfriendly when checking-in. The staff in the front desk and the restaurant denied using a microwave to warm up my kids' food. Finally, I had to stop in the housekeeping office outside of the building. I also had to go out to buy a milk to the gas station across the street. Additionally, the carpet in the room was dirty.
