Hot fresh cookies, huge room, Starbucks coffee, complimentary Neutrogena toiletries, and extremely close to the airport.
Expensive to park there, even as an overnight guest and the clerk wasn't in a good mood.

The hotel is very close to the airport and park and fly. However, as the parking was so expensive, I might be inclined to stay a little farther away.

The pop machine on floor out of diet coke for 5 days.

This hotel is excellent. The staff is friendly. The housekeeping staff very accommodating when we needed extra towels, coffee etc. The front desk staff very polite and helpful.

Updated rooms with comfortable furniture and big TV.
The long walk to get to the room. Confusing configuration.

Easy access from airport via shuttle service and quick check in. A long and confusing route to our room was unwanted after a day of travel. The room was nicely updated with modern furnishings with an updated bath area.

This hotel provided transportation from the airport and also to the downtown, tourist areas. It was clean, quiet and comfortable.
It's a very large hotel with a long walk to the room.

The hotel was very close to the airport, we had to wait about 10 minutes for the shuttle. There was a nice gift shop, restaurant, bar, and an internet cafe, and several sitting areas. Everything was clean and comfortable. We had a nice view of the lake and everything was flawless.

The beds were very comfortable.
The prices on the breakfast menu were too high.

The Reno's and Hilton touches made the stay very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in was a breeze which was a bonus since we arrived late and were very tired.

Great location and nice amenities.
Front desk staff was indifferent to several inquiries.

Great location. Would definitely stay again. The front desk staff was not terribly helpful but it is a huge hotel and I'm sure they had many things to get finished before their shift was over.
