The bed and linens were attractive and comfortable
The parking situation and the 16.00 parking fee.

So glad I had the Priceline advantage or I would have been very disappointed had I paid the regular rate of 199.00 per night regular room charge. The room was nice, but the bathroom was just a regular 2 star, I was expecting a more appealing bathroom. It was worn and discolored. This hotel was nothing special; and I hope next time I can get my regular room at Holiday Inn Express. There was no parking due to events at the hotel and adjoining convention center; it was a long walk from the parking garage to the hotel to the room when you are loaded down with luggage and hand carry items. Thankfully, I obtained the room for an excellent rate through Priceline so I could not complain too much for the inconveniences. The workout room was nice and clean with good equipment. The staff was friendly and helpful.The Starbucks downstairs is great and the adjoining cafe as well. read more

Staff was friendly. Very convenient location.
Not a 3 star hotel. Room mostly outdated. Bathroom sink and tub completely clogged! 6 inches of standing water in tub after shower!
