Nice and secure. Comfy beds and pillows.
Paying the $16 per day parking fee.

It's in a great area a couple of blocks from the mall and movie theaters, not to mention the convention center right next door. I love it cause it's really safe. Besides they always treat you well. Great rooms. Can't beat it for the price!

We had to pay for parking and there was a lot of cold air coming in around windows. Arms of chair were dirty.

They were renovating the lobby. The room was great except for above mentioned things. We got warm chocolate chip cookies on arrival but didn't like having to pay so much for parking.,

Our non-smoking room truly had no tell-tale odor. Also, the location was perfect for access to the INB Center.
Having to pay $16 plus tax extra for parking. I would have enjoyed a vanity/sink in the room itself. Could have used a phone book in room.

We were very pleased with our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, quiet, truly non-smoking. The heat/temp was easy to control and get a comfortable setting - even for sleeping. Thank you for having a Gideon bible in the room. Oh, and the cookies were delicious!

Location. Walking distance to everything we needed in the downtown area.
Had to go outside to get to the hot tub. It was snowing. It would be nice to have breakfast offered to guests.

We've stayed here several times and have always enjoyed it. The lobby was in the middle of a remodeling project, so the public areas were less than perfect, but that is to be expected. It's an older hotel and has needed an upgrade for a long time.
