Excellent front desk staff all shifts. Hotel clean, FREE internet service in Business center. Warm cookies available at front counter throughout our stay-just ask! Excellent treatment as customers. Hotel eating venues excellent and not expensive. Plenty of towels and bed was out of this world. Free and easy self parking. Hotel had recent face lift of rooms and public areas.

Good price for what u get. Can improve on morning coffee etc. Marina side of hotel is quieter, better views.

The hotel was very convenient to shopping, airport and restaurants.
The breakfast area was under construction!

I am frequent traveler and I think that this hotel was very convenient. The staff was very nice and friendly. The hotel was very clean.

Clean, and nice hotel.
Elevator broke and we were stranded.

Everything was great about this hotel. The only bad thing was that my wife and two young daughters were stranded for thirty minutes in a broken elevator. I had notified the staff the evening before that the elevator was jerking and stopping. They said they were replacing the elevators soon.

The surprise warm cookies upon arrival at check in.
Didn't see any snack vending machines only drinks.

Great time! Went to gymnastics competition and my daughter relaxed in the warm pool at arrival. Very clean, friendly, would stay again. Sunday morning we were greeted with a newspaper at the door. Thank you Doubletree for a fantastic time!
