Nice clean rooms, easy access to gym, pool etc.
Food options.

I thought the service was really good. The hotel was very nice, rooms nice and easy access to gym which was open 24 hours a day and pool.

I liked the warm cookies upon arrival & the re-model job.
The TV remote and selections made it almost impossible to not view commercials or material.

The hotel was very nice. The landscaping needs major work. The TV set up seemed to push upon the customers there. For this reason I would not stay at this hotel again.

Warm cookie when I checked in - nice.
AC was not working very well - I contacted desk and they sent someone to check it out, but it did not improve.

Hotel was recently remodeled and
very pleased.

Very inviting, staff was very friendly. Rooms were very attractive. It was nice to have good pillows.

Easily accessible.
Numerous troubles with the room.

The hotel was going through renovations, however in a newly renovated room the air conditioner did not work properly, the closet doors did not open, the dresser doors did not shut all the way and the cleaning was not done thoroughly.

Rooms were newly decorated and well appointed.
Air conditioner did not work right. Very warm in room and humid.

Great warm cookies and a cordial staff. Hotel is being remodeled and the rooms are very nice. Construction debris was noticed but not an issue with the overall cleanliness of the rooms. We had to have the room checked due to the air not working correctly. Set the thermometer to 60 but the room was still warm and humid. Suited my wife fine, though.

Not many TV program choices, rooms were not very sound proof, bathtub was very rough.

Love the room decor and bathroom products.
Construction with loud banging started before 7 am!

When compared to the Sheraton on Grant Road, this Doubletree surely wins. It might be an older building, but they've done a really nice job decorating the rooms and common areas. Get a high floor room for spectacular views. I'd recommend this hotel.
