One of the nicer hotels in Tulsa. Very close to the hospital. Conveniently located.

The beds were very comfortable.
They put me in a smoking room, however they put a air purifier in the room.

The room was very large and comfortable. I did not like the fact they put me in a smoking room and told me I would have to pay more if they put me in another room. However they did put an air purifier in the room that helped. Other than that I was very pleased with the price, comfort and luxury of the place.

Very friendly staff, warm welcome!
Only two computers in business center and both printers weren't working.

Business center not up to par, very trashy with papers scattered all over desks . Two printer, neither of which were working! Would have been a great stay if hadn't have had negative experience with their business center!

The rooms are nicely appointed, with soft bedding and fluffy towels.
We were placed in a smoking room. The staff was abrupt and rude when we inquired about it.

I usually love this hotel. I stay here a minimum of one weekend a month. Unfortunately, the last couple of visits have made me decide I will be staying elsewhere next time.

Nothing this was the worst hotel I have ever been to.
The hotel staff was rude and went out of their way not to take care of us.

I will complain and keep complaining until this hotel has had some back lash from the treatment their gave us.

This is one of the nicest hotels I have experienced. My daughter and I had a great time. I loved the large bathroom.

The lobby and rooms were very clean.
The staff took a while to find a solution to a problem, but was otherwise pretty helpful.

This hotel is by far one of the best that I have stayed in a long time. The pool and spa area was nice. The rooms and lobby area was very clean. Overall, a great place to stay.
