I called two time to get a non smoking double bed and they said I would have to take what is available when I get there. I've never had this problem.

I've always used Priceline for hotels for business trips just to save my company money and this is the only hotel that tells you that you have to take whatever is available in reference to the types of rooms when you get there. I prefer a non-smoking room and I called this hotel two times and spoke with a female both times and she said they would put my request in the computer. When I got there, they had me in a queen smoking room. I've never had this problem with other hotels. When I call the other hotels, they will put me in a non-smoking room if I request it and double tree tells you that you have to take whatever is available the day you check in. They treat you like a Priceline customer and not someone that pays full price for the room. read more

I liked the fact that there was a disturbance with another guest security came fast.
I really liked the fact they had a parking garage for my vehicle.

This was a great hotel. A wedding party got a little drunk and out of control but once security came everything got a lot quieter.
