Clean, new.
Staff was rude and unconcerned. Gave terrible directions to parking and seemed put out to do so.

Facilities good. Staff not so good. This Doubletree charged for interconnection. One in Chicago which was nicer did not. I really do not understand why 3 star hotels charging for internet connection when lower scale hotel do not.

Having to pay for WiFi for laptop. Not great for business travelers although they did have a business center.

Great service! Outstanding effort and friendliness!
Had a slight problem with shower but was resolved promptly! Parking it very far from hotel rooms....but good excercise!

Very much enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The staff went above and beyond to accommodated myself and guests. Cookies upon arrival were great and enjoyed every bit of stay! View from the room was very impressive and beds were comfortable.

It was perfect location for where I needed to be. Within 1 mile of my location.
No continental breakfast.

Nice room with adequate accomodations. Wish I had more time to use the pool and workout facilities. Great location.

Forced to take smoking room, unfriendly reception.

The hotel forced me to take smoking room which caused me trouble with breathing all this dirty smelling room. Unbelievably and rarely to happen, the room had dirt in the floor & the trash pin was not picked up! The Hotel could not accommodate my critical need of clean room due to my allergy.

Nothing. Everything was great.

Very nice location. I had seen the hotel before but thought that I would never stay there on business because it looked fairly expensive. The Priceline bid allowed me to stay there for a very reasonable rate and allowed me to experience a very nice hotel that I would stay at again if I was on a personal or business trip. The hotel was extremely clean and everyone was polite and helpful. read more
