Courtesy shuttle and cookies.
Not a traditional Doubletree hotel I'm accustomed to. Also, other hotel competitors offer complimentary continental breakfast and this one did not.

The name on the hotel may say Doubletree, but the overall look and feel of the hotel may says Holiday Inn. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

Great location.
Traffic noise.

This Doubletree is not up to the standards you would expect. While the staff was professional and the room was clean, the facility looks dated. No problems, clean room, just not what you expect from a Doubletree. Best to ask for a room on the front side of the hotel as the back sits up against interstate 95 so it can be a bit noisy.

Liked the location, close to interstate. Beds were comfy.
A little pricey for what you get.

Doubletree's are pretty standard, you know what you're going to get no matter where you are in the country. This one is no different. I liked my king size room, the only issue is that the bathroom was a little to cozy for my comfort. Also the maid came into my room as she was knocking on the door, which I thought was pretty bold and my only issue.

The rooms exceeded spousal expectations.
The restaurant was so, so. Couldn't tell buffet price or if complimentary breakfast.

Overall this hotel is convenient to AP & I95, close to Palm Beach if you know your way or use GPS. It comes off as a business hotel at the entrance but the rooms are quite nice & beds are great!

This hotel met my expectations. It didn't wow me, but the staff was friendly. The room was clean and the bathroom was nice. I needed extra pillows and a blanket for a guest and the hotel had it sent up in less than 10 minutes. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was very close to Okeechobee Blvd. and the mall. Parking lot was well lit.
Not clean, a wake up call at 6:00 am that I did not ask for and my room was facing the (noisy) highway and was next to the (noisy) elevator.

I visit the area often and wouldn't stay there again. The hotel is next to the highway and the road noise was noticeable in the room. There was construction which made the hotel was hard to find. The shower was moldy and the (night) staff and lobby were visibly dirty. I would have preferred a newer and cleaner budget hotel.

They gave me a suite.
House keeping came into my room without permission!

I love my room and the facilities especially being able to do my laundry. House keeping came into my room without permission on the last day despite my do not disturb sign, touching my crystals which upset me a lot. I made a complaint to the front desk but they did not get me through to the manager on duty as requested.

Quiet.
Bar and bar service.

Had to wait awhile for bar service, maybe shift change was the problem. Poor selection of wine and drinks. Beer taps out of beer, no one new how to change tap. Breakfast was good, shuttle to airport was good. Food menu was limited. Cookie was great I’d stay again.
