The valet parking and price.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff was pleasant and were all very helpful. As a matter of fact, they went out of their way to help me with directions and whatever else I needed. The atmosphere was very nice. My room was inviting and very clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Proximity to areas that I visited.
No refrigerator in standard rooms, no swimming pool in a hotel of that size.

Staff was professional and friendly.
Maintenance work being done earlier in the morning creating noise for us in our room.

When maintenance work has to be done at the hotel, unless it's an emergency, the hotel should not book rooms that will be disturbed during that maintenance work. The work started at 7:30a.m. and woke me and my family up. We were on the 19th floor of a 20th floor building and the work was being done on the roof. The hotel should have made sure to book room away from all the noise. We stayed their one night, so changing rooms was not an option for our stay. read more

We were in a corner room, bizarre but cool shaped, tons of windows.
One elevator shaft broken - spooky, and slow to get valet cars returned.

Clean (no bed bugs). Most comfortable bed I've slept in in a while. Beautiful bathroom. Lovely decor in the room and lobby/bar. Modern.
The ATM was down the first time I checked, and the next morning someone was stuck in the elevator and two firetrucks showed up. Just FYI.

Very beautiful and comfortable. Love the spacious lobby and the giant circle mirrow there. Very comfortable beds. Clean/beautiful room/bathroom. Had more than enough towels for us during our one night stay. Nice TV. Had a digital clock/mp3 player I think, but I didn't use it this time.
