The courtyard and pool were beautiful.
I could hear people on both sides of me very well and there was a lot of street noise all night. Bad insulation and entrance door!

Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable.
Internet modem was broken.

Very, very nice resort. Rooms are spacious and luxurious. Everything was wonderful, including the delicious signature chocolate chip cookies they give you at check-in. Only problem we had was the modem was broken and it took a few hours for them to get it fixed.

Rooms smelled bad and pet hotel.

We had to change rooms because it was dirty. The second room was no better. 3 star hotel at best not a 4 star experience.

The cookies and the the awesome playground for kids. Great idea. I love this place.

This hotel is awesome. This was my second stay here and hope to be able to stay there time and time again. Its a friendly place with awesome staff.
