Location was great, staff very helpful, room service prompt and good and a
great pool area.
Terrible view of construction, first floor room, fighting neighbors, noise and lights from street.
It was clean but not updated very recently, except for flat-screen TV. Room well equipped with hairdryer, good coffee, real 1/2 & 1/2. Lobby attractive and minimalist, original terrazo flooring. Good food from room service, attractively presented and promptly delivered. Concierge very helpful.

The rooms were fine, in a nice hotel, but be careful of the noise at the third level because of the AC engines.

Location was great.
It was very small! Bathroom very small! Parking at the hotel is $40/night.
This hotel had a fabulous location. The pool was nice, it was close to the beach, and close to dining/shops. However, the hotel was very small! Bathroom was also tiny! And the cost to park at the hotel was $40/night!

Door and valet staff was helpful.
The lobby was under construction the rooms were small - the bathrooms outdated - the pool area tired.
The hotel is under renovation the pool is tired - the staff is very nice - the room are small for a supposed 4 star hotel - the bathrooms were miniature - the one restaurant was just redone and the decor was nice - this hotel needs work and fast - you walk in and it seems like the lobby was just some rondo furniture thrown around the room - the pool cabanas were a wreck - location is good - beach and bars are close. read more

Direct beach access and close to Lincoln Rd (shops and restaurants).
No fridge or microwave and the room was tiny.
This hotel had a nice appearance including front entrance and main lobby. Perfect beach access, comfy beach chairs (for a fee), with the nicest and most courteous valet staff. The room was quite small and felt somewhat cramped. The bathroom was equally small. However, the pool, beach access and proximity to shopping compensated for the room size.

It was on the beach.
The only good thing about it was the beach location.

Excellent location and facilities!
Nothing.
You couldn't ask for a better location and it was very clean. No refrigerator, but that was ok.
