The rooms were fine, in a nice hotel, but be careful of the noise at the third level because of the AC engines.

Door and valet staff was helpful.
The lobby was under construction the rooms were small - the bathrooms outdated - the pool area tired.
The hotel is under renovation the pool is tired - the staff is very nice - the room are small for a supposed 4 star hotel - the bathrooms were miniature - the one restaurant was just redone and the decor was nice - this hotel needs work and fast - you walk in and it seems like the lobby was just some rondo furniture thrown around the room - the pool cabanas were a wreck - location is good - beach and bars are close. read more

Direct beach access and close to Lincoln Rd (shops and restaurants).
No fridge or microwave and the room was tiny.
This hotel had a nice appearance including front entrance and main lobby. Perfect beach access, comfy beach chairs (for a fee), with the nicest and most courteous valet staff. The room was quite small and felt somewhat cramped. The bathroom was equally small. However, the pool, beach access and proximity to shopping compensated for the room size.

It was on the beach.
The only good thing about it was the beach location.

Excellent location and facilities!
Nothing.
You couldn't ask for a better location and it was very clean. No refrigerator, but that was ok.

The outside pool area was nice.
The broken lounge chairs. The dumpster view. The plaster over cracks.
The famous cookies at the hotel were hard as a rock and that was the first disappointment that I got. The second was the view from the window looked out to a dumpster filled with trash. I stayed there two times in a week and the second stay was just one floor above the other and again had a dumpster view. The breakfast buffet was the third disappointment due to the coffee, the selection and the value to price. read more

Beautiful pool with lots of space and chairs. Easy access to the beach. Rooms were clean.
No spa and major construction to the building next door.
