No elevator to upper floors.

This is a GREAT hotel if you want to explore Loch Ness and the surrounding areas. the Hotel is basic, but clean and the Staff is AMAZING! Such great people! I arrived there very early in the day (10 AM) and within 15 minutes they had a room ready for me! They were great with booking dinner, directions, and even directed me to a 24 hr Pharmacy when I was not feeling well. Just a great group. read more
