The parking lot was always full at the bottom level and had to carry luggage.

We enjoyed our stay and would return in the future.

We liked that the hotel was gated. The room was very clean and roomy. The breakfast was nice and hot. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

We have stayed in some real high dollar hotels but this one was better then the high dollar ones and it was very affordable we love to go back to it.
Nothing.

We loved it. Would go back in a second if I were going to San Antonio.

The parking garage had a walk-way that went right across to the floor we were on, and after a long day not much distance to carry luggage.
People drinking and getting loud in the parking lot. Yelling and being rude something that my daughter didn't need to see or hear.

Friendly, helpful staff, clean, run efficiently, good that it was in middle of the road food and excellent value for our money.
The alcoholic beverages were of very low quality. It would have been better either to upgrade them or not offer them at all.
