The staff was excellent!

We enjoyed staying at Drury! The staff was exceptional! We were allowed to check in early and leave our car in the parking ramp for an extended time. Excellent!

The staff was very courteous; i loved the complimentary extra hour!
Parking! didn't understand how that narrow lane should allow 2 cars to pass at the same time?

Our stay was wonderful! The staff was very friendly and always smiling. i liked the call that welcomed us to the hotel; very nice. Only thing i noticed that needed help was the musty odor in the hallways. Other than that, I'd stay here again. Was actually glad it was actually on the river walk

Difficult parking for large vehicle.

The location is wonderful and very convenient to the Riverwalk activities. The room was very nice and clean.

Next time I go to San Antonio, I will definitely be staying at the Drury Inn and Suites again. It was a great deal for the price - very good location right on the riverwalk, the breakfast was very good and there was a big selection, the free evening beverages were also a plus. We also really like the rooftop pool. I really can't say anything bad about this hotel except maybe the fact that it was $14 for parking per night and the parking garage was pretty small. We just parked the car and left it because everything is in walking distance. read more

Great location, excellent breakfast (gratis), good customer service.
$14.00 parking. Shower/stool area small but it was built in 1906.

The kids loved it. Great vacation hotel. Beds were very comfortable. Renovations make it really nostalgic and comfortable. Great Riverwalk location.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Only 2 elevators for the entire hotel. Had to several minutes for the elevator.

The hotel was very nice and located in a good location on the Riverwalk. The rooms where very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel for the price.

Great location! Friendliest staff! Breakfast was great! Room was clean and had a fridge & microwave! Great stay at this hotel!
The only thing I didn't care for was the smell of the sheets & linens! They need new detergent!

It was an overall great experience! Close to shopping, food, night life! Kid friendly! Friendly staff and clean and
comfortable rooms!

The rooms were clean, roomy, and up-dated. The staff was friendly. Being on the Riverwalk was really nice. We were able to walk to the Alamo. A really pleasant experience.
