The fact that our pet was welcome and kid friendly.
Construction on 44 limited us getting out the next morning.

This was a GREAT hotel for the money! We were able to keep our dog in the room, which did NOT smell like smoke and the staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast was very good and the pool area was well maintained.

Hotel staff very friendly and honest my husband lost his wallet and it was returned, thank you staff.

The hotel is great,the breakfast good, but what I found that stands out about this hotel is the staff. The staff was very friendly and honest. My husband, who has brain cancer, accidently forgot his wallet in the room when we checked out. He did not realize this until we returned home. I called the hotel and it was turned in by the housekeeper. The front desk said they would mail it to me, and in two days we received the wallet. Nothing was missing. They didn't even charge me for mailing fees. So I know that everytime we visit Springfield we will be staying at the Drury. read more
