Clean rooms, friendly desk, good breakfast and great location.
Bed was too small. Had full sized bed.

The hotel was clean and at a great location. The breakfast was great. Good parking and friendly staff. Did not use the microwave or refrigerator but it was nice having those for the price.

No elevator (only 2 floors but no one to help with bags).

I enjoyed the happy hour, it was perfect timing to our arrival.
Having to sign a paper agreeing not to have a party and only those names written down ahead of time were to be allowed into the room.

I realize this is a college town, and the hotel's close proximity to the campus itself is close, but I didn't appreciate the assumption that we were there only to have a party.

The front desk girl was especially pleasant and very helpful.

This hotel was easy to get to off I-40 especially traveling from East to West. It was close to a friendly restaurant, Steak and Shake. We will stay there again!
