Extra parking charges.

Very nice hotel. Sweet lobby. Whatever you are expecting to pay for this hotel, add $15 for parking if you drive. However, you make up for the $15 in all the complimentary stuff they provide. The fire alarm went off from 2-3:30A.M. But I'm not sure things like that are the hotel's fault.

This is a beautiful refurbished hotel with loads of amenities you don't find at other hotels. Best Drury Inn in all of downtown StLouis!
N complaints.

From the moment you enter this beautiful hotel you feel welcomed and relaxed. Staff is very helpful & friendly. We traveled with another couple,and when we checked in, each with a different hotel staffer, the staff worked to be sure our guest rooms were on the same floor---actually rooms were right next to each other.

Nice attractive decor. I liked the marble tile restroom and the way the restroom was layed out. The staff was very friendly.
Elevators were too slow.

I was pleased with the hotel. The room was nicely decorated and clean. The hallways were quiet and clean. The lobby very nice and the open refreshments in the evening a nice idea though we were only around in time to use the soda machine. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff is very profesional and friendly
Very small room especially for a King size bed.

Syaff is very friendly and professional. Do not like the fact that parking fees are extra and the fees are too high at $15 a day.Breakfast included helps with the high price for parking and the food is pretty good.

The location was perfect if you wanted to see the Arch.
Not enough staff at the check in at check in time.

This was a lovely hotel and well worth the price I paid. The location was about a block from the Arch and some great restaurants. The service was great and the room was beautiful. We were on the top story and had an excellent view of the city.
