It's on a quiet-enough block that a 3rd floor room was quiet.
Toilet was not operating properly when we checked in.

It's a great deal for the money in Manhattan. It's close enough to Grand Central to get you anywhere, although we walked everywhere. Safe area. You get what you pay for. Spending my own money, I would return.

The size of the room. It was clean. The location was great.
Dirty elevators.

I would stay here again. I feel it was good for the price.

Great to have the small kitchen
and the studio, like being at home.
If someone smokes on another floor it comes into your room. They had to Duct Tape the vent.

Loved the location and was
close to everything. Liked being in a studio with kitchen chair and DR table for two. Nice little fridge. This is exceptional for New York, can bring home the people bag from the great restaurants and snack and eat in the room. Nice to have dishes and cups and glasses to drink from instead of paper or story for the coffee, etc. Thanks again it was GREAT for NYC! read more

The location was ot bad and it was a safe area.
It was old and in great need of an upgrade on decorations and furniture.

. No public areas except a very tiny lobby. Not what you would expect for $160 per night.

The room was large with a seating area.

Staff was friendly. Having a kitchen is very convenient and the reading area was great to relax in before retiring for the night. It is close to Grand Central Station and restaurants.

The staff was very accommodating with reservation error.
Rooms were fine but not great- seemed a little stale. Reservation was incorrect.

The best part of the hotel was the staff - they were very helpful. There was an error in my reservation (smaller room was reserved than needed) and did their best to remedy the problem.

They charged extra fees for internet, the remote control in the room did not work well.
