The beds were wonderful, bathroom was very clean and was well presented.
Carpets in there room were very dirty and certainly not well vacuumed especially under the bed as well as there were very dirty walls.

Very capable and friendly staff. Loved the 12th floor. Get the housekeeping manager to spot check the cleanliness of the carpets and walls and you'll have a real winner. Wonderful beds!

Convenient location for what I needed.
Old and dirty - not a 3 star.

Room rug was stained and dirty. Hallways were over heated ie no ventilation, wall paper needed replacing. It was a nice hotel in its day but needs a lot of new up keep.

We really enjoy the roof top lounge. The views are lovely.
The shower is quite outdated.

This hotel is old, but has maintained its character. The bathrooms need refurbishing.

Great price, great room with a great view!
Nothing.

My room was lovely, spacious, and had a great view of the square and bay, all for a ridiculously low price. My 3 night stay included a lovely evening at the Top of the East where my daughter and I enjoyed the view and the pleasant service. Everyone was courteous and helpful and made me feel very welcomed. Thanks for a memorable stay!

Convenience within walking distance to all.
Parking rather expensive.

I have visited this hotel before. It is extremely convenient within walking distance to many places of interest - restaurants, art museum, shops. The hotel is very clean and well-run, concerning service is available, and additionally, full service restaurant, bar and room service as well.

Lobby was old. Hotel restored to its former charm.
Pay to park.

This hotel is very charming, and well located. The staff is efficient and pleasant. The rooms are well decorated and comfortable.

Upscale hotel right in the middle of Portland shopping area.
Nothing.

Excellent upscale hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Safe for the senior traveler.
