Eaton Hotel Hong Kong

Check-in was wonderful. Our flight had been delayed for 5 hours, so we arrived at the hotel after midnight. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was gorgeous. We will return to this hotel the next time we are in Hong Kong.

The rooms were small. They sprayed too much fragrance in the rooms.

Fantastic location for markets and night time frenzied activities. Fairly close to the Subway. Rooms were super small but clean and in good shape.

Close to everything and friendly staff to help with questions and suggestions. I would recommend staying here.

This hotel has become my favorite thru the years I travel to HK. The location is the best for me who grew up in HK, so easily get access to shopping, subway, restaurants, etc. The staff are courteous. The Gym and swimming pool are small but very clean and lovely, a facility I enjoy whenever I find the opportunity. I highly recommend this hotel to all my friends.

The public spaces are very nice, particularly the outdoor water feature and trees on the 4th floor lobby area as well as the 3 story atrium dining area. The location is excellent for visiting the outdoor markets nice selection of TV stations available for viewing.

I think it was a great hotel for the price. The location was convenient for Kowloon. The restaurant staff was excellent. The hotel staff was ok. The internet access was also broken in our room and slows in the business center, which made accessing the internet at the hotel very inconvenient.

I was very pleased with my stay here, the staff was friendly. The room I had was spacious. Check in and check out was done quickly. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and clients.

Very bad service, they don't do nothing for make me feel good with the situation happened to me.
