Nothing.

Hotel was in process of being remodeled. Didn't look like it was open because no cars in parking lot. I think it is changing it's name to Cocca hotels or Suisse Chalet. No refrigerator. No clock.

Hotel check in staff was friendly and reassuring. Room was clean and well appointed with the basics. Hotel was close to shopping and business meeting.
Hotel was a little run down on the outside. Hotel was tucked behind other businesses, making for a feeling of seclusion in case of emergency.

Hotel was priced right for my overnight business stay. It was adjacent to a major mall, for after hours shopping, and convenient to many businesses. Hotel looked a little run down on the outside, but once inside, staff was friendly and the room was clean and adequate for a short business stay. Definitely not suitable for family fun.

Owners.
Lazy desk clerk.

Good enough for a stopover. No pool, breakfast ok.

The room met my needs for a place to stay near the airport before an early flight.
The halls were dirty and needed painting and repair.

I had a very early flight the next morning and this hotel was economical and near the airport. I had a small refrigerator in my room which also met my needs. The hotel staff was busy and a bit curt and dismissive, but ultimately helpful. The room was neat, but the hallways were dirty, needed painting and re-carpeting. A general run down condition. It was very awkward getting to the second floor. My wake up call came just as requested and I was grateful! read more

Location and price.
Not the cleanest.

OK for a traveler but I wouldn't dream of taking my wife there.

Great location, bed surprisingly comfortable.
Receptionist not very friendly, hallways dirty.

We chose this hotel for a last minute trip to attend a funeral. Since we were only spending one night and did not want to spend much money, it met our needs. Don't expect a well polished staff or elegant decor. Under the same circumstances, we would stay there again. For an actual vacation, we would look somewhere else.

Family run hotel. Everyone was happy.
The public spaces could be spruced up.

Great location on Wolf Road near Borders Books and across the street from Cheesecake Factory and new LL Bean Store. Family runs from Grand Parents to Grand Children Nothing overly fancy but practical. Great value for Capital District during 'Track' season.

Good location.
Poor staff performance.

Pros: good location, quick drive to interstate and highways, several restaurants, gas stations, stores, etc; located across the street from a mall (which was being updated when we were there Aug, 2007). Cons: the front desk attendant wasn't at the desk when we arrived for check in, and we had to wait in line for twenty minutes with three other guests before she showed up. We stayed for two nights and when we asked the front desk attendant why our room wasn't serviced after our first night, we were told the do not disturb sign was displayed but there wasn't a do not disturb sign to be found in our room. Final thought: a place to lay your head or take a short break from a long drive, but not much else. If you are interested in any basics or a stay of more than one night, find another place. read more
