This hotel was run down and had drug people standing around it not suitible 4 kids heck not even adults.

Plenty of hot water.
No air conditioning.

Older motel with central heat/air, which could not be controlled from room. Room was hotter inside than outside temp during day. Location of unit was ideal for quiet, as it was behind the main building away from the street. If you like to sweat, this is the place.

Room was small, but comfortable, no HBO on TV.

The room was clean and comfortable, will definitely comeback.
