Very close to airport.
Loud
AC unit, toilet dripped all night.

Only good for people who need a quick cheap place to sleep and get back on their way.

Its location.
Untrained staff and noisy loud guests, and minimal security.

The way to describe this place is that they are trying but they fall short of the mark. I am familiar with this national chain and its parent company in my home state of Maryland would be embarrassed to see this location. Frugal, low cost does not mean that it needs to be dirty. The entrance was smudge with dark, black finger prints, the shampoo and soaps were not restocked daily. The parking lot was littered. read more

Decent continental breakfast.
Loud, dirty, terrible customer service, rude, charged $31 extra for a non smoking room.

I have never had a problem before and in fact stayed in 2 other hotels on our trip, both of were exceptional, but found this hotel experience to be entirely frustrating and unacceptable.

Good location, friendly staff, no hassle stay.
Not as new or as clean as I usually like.

Good place to stay for the night at a good price. Laid back atmosphere.

I liked that the room is spacious and relatively clean, The staff are also amazing!
The bed was not comfy at all, the beddings are old and appeared dirty. The pillows sheet smelled dirty.

The hotel's location is strategic. Everything you need is nearby (restaurants, gas station, mall, bookstore, etc. The room was relatively clean but the beddings were really used, worn out and old. They appeared dirty even though they were clean. The bed had a dimple in the middle of it and the pillows smelled filthy. They were probably not changed since the last guest.
The staff however were hospitable. read more

Their is a pool and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I will

Service. I felt that the staff ignored my concerns.

I stayed for 2 nights. On both nights the customers upstairs kept us awake. I suggested to the staff that perhaps they should not put children on the 3rd floor as it appears the hotel does not have very good insallation. When I complained. Due to lack of sleep. I was told that the manager would address my concerns. I never heard from the management. I was disappointed. I travel to Bellingham every year for the Black Friday sales. I will not be staying at the Econo Lodge again read more
