Distance from the convention center.
Nothing I have to say.

Need whole renovation including redesigning the bathrooms and making more privacy by making separate hallways and replacing carpets, light fixtures etc.

Dirty.

This hotel is not clean. I had a horrible night staying there. I was wakening up more than 3 times during my sleep by the broken toilet because it kept flushing every other 20 minute or so. Next time when I woke up, I found I was bitten more than 20 times on my body. Not recommend this hotel, especially for the summer. Recommend it if you love to fight bugs.
