Location, cleanliness and
cost.
Difficult to exit the parking lot.

The motel office reeked of garlic, which is okay if you like that strong odor. It is a good choice for an economical motel which is great location, and cost. The manager was friendly and professional.

It did have new tile in the bathroom that was nice.
Bad area, people fighting right outside the room on the street late at night!

Over priced for what it is. We barley had any water pressure in the room.

Desk clerk spoke very poor English. Room was not clean. 1st morning, no wake-up call - 2nd night, no fresh towels.
