There is a DVD player and the bed is soft and clean.
The smell in the room, the cleaner put too much perfume.

The room is better than my expectation, but I was really upset about the staff's attitude. I called to change the check-in date one week ago and the staff told me OK. I was worried so I called again to check the reservation date. The staff still told me that the change has been made. However, when I finally arrived at the hotel, the staff told me that he didn't see the change of the reservation. Although he gave me a room in the end, I am still not happy about the staff. read more

Nothing.
Horrible, terrible, worst experience ever.

I never did stay in the hotel. I was told that the confirmation letter that I showed them was not valid. They wanted me to pay them for the rooms. The person who dealt with us was very rude and even said that he wouldn't give any rooms for any reason.

Friendly staff.
No non-smoking rooms were
available.

Good location. One story, so no people upstairs to disturb you.

Convenience wise it was great - just 3 blocks from where I was doing business. The room was clean, and it had a refrigerator. Ideal for business travelers.

The hotel staff was extremely helpful. The room was very neat and orderly.
The bathroom didn't smell great, but I think it has to do with the plumbing, not that it wasn't cleaned.

Breakfast ends at 9am, so I never got to try it. Walls are a bit thin, so you can hear your neighbors bustling and leaving. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. The room was clean and orderly. Nice touches are the fridge, microwave, hair dryer, and iron/board. No overall complaints. My stay was pleasant. I was given a nice safe room near the back of the complex, which I appreciated as a woman.

Good location,
nice pool and very clean.
Air conditioner did not work and complaints about it were not addressed.

The motel was great except for the
AC which blew hot air. when
I complained
I was told the bed was too close to it, but there was no way to move the bed. So we spent the weekend very hot and sticky.
