Guestrooms have coffeemakers, hairdryers, iron, boards, full-length mirrors, radio-alarm clocks,cable TV and free HBO. Guests 18 years and older may check into our hotel. like the idea of being close to Umass, the mall and eateries.
The entrance and exit are dangerous especially at night. The free breakfast was not so good with withered fruit and stale bread.

Cheap, convenient, comfortable, quiet.
TV was oddly placed in room. Somewhat off center.

Clean, comfortable hotel relatively close to the local colleges. Most of the staff was friendly and the room was large for the price. My only issue was with a front desk clerk who did not seem to know much about the local area and gave very bad directions to a store very far out of our way when a trip to the Walmart immediately behind the hotel would have sufficed.

It's close to Amherst!
The keys deactivate when in contact with cell phones.

The décor is not the prettiest but the room was clean and the staff friendly. I'd stay there again.
