The receptionist was very friendly.
The pool was very cloudy.

My girlfriend and I arrived at Henderson, NC at approx 8 am. Even though check in time was at 2 p.m., the receptionist was very friendly and was able to get us a room within 1-1/2 hours (the housekeeping staff didn't come in until 10am) for a small early check in fee of $20, which was well worth it.
