We are one of the best choices for lodging in Gatlinburg. From our great location just 1/2 block from the center of Gatlinburg, you can stay in and enjoy our outdoor pool or take a walk to downtown Gatlinburg's shops, dining and attractions. We are within walking distance to the Convention Center and offer a free continental breakfast. All rooms have been newly renovated offering some rooms with hot tubs, fireplaces and cathedral ceilings. Verify location. There are two Econo Lodges just one street apart. read more

Convenience to attractions.
Bathroom needs a face lift.

Our stay at the motel was adequate for what we paid. Loved the location - we were able to walk anywhere we wanted to go. The beds were not comfortable at all - definitely needs new mattresses. Everything was very clean but the bathroom needed some repairs. The wall behind the commode area was stained and mildewed/molded. Staff was very nice and friendly. Breakfast could have been improved. Choice was cold cereal or donut. No place to sit for breakfast. read more

It was comfortable, clean, within close walking distance to the shopping and also had a nice view of the Smoky Mtns a few blocks south of the motel.
There was nothing wrong with this motel.

The room was clean, spacious, had a nice view, and was located in a quiet area off the main shopping area to the west.

It has a good location for the area, nice, mostly clean, and quiet.

I don't have any significant negative comments, some areas could be improved, but at the cost I paid, it wasn't expected to be a 4 star. The room was supposed to be non-smoking and it had a smoky smell. The phone didn't work, but I didn't esp. need to use it anyway. Air conditioner worked well, but was somewhat noisy. Everything else was just fine.

Roaches in the room.

This hotel was absolutely filthy. The carpets and walls were stained and there were multiple roaches in the room. Requested non smoking and received a smoking room. Very bad smell. Extremely poor parking.

convenient location to downtown activities
our room(and a second choice room) was not ready at the specified time

Price was very good.Our room was not ready at the specified time, so we asked for a different one on another floor, but it too was not ready. We then settled on a third room which was ready for occupancy.Clean, but no maid service after our first night. Ice machine located on street level by the office. Breakfast bar was very limited, but O.K.
