Yellow stains on the comforter.

I was concerned by the bars on reception desk in an area that I did not think was otherwise unsafe. The stains on the comforter were bad. The bath sink was ancient and appeared to be the cheapest model.

Staff was very friendly, clean pool, clean room, cool lounge and decent continental breakfast.
I checked in late (2 AM) and had to call the desk clerk to come up and check me in. If anything I felt bad.

This is a great little hotel for the money. Close to Killington for your recreation needs (skiing, golfing, etc.) and close to Rutland as well for grocery stores, retail shops etc. As I stated, I checked in late. At the desk was a phone and sign saying dial 1,2,3 for assistance. I did and the poor guy was sleeping and had to come check me in. I felt bad, but he was very polite and made me feel welcome. read more

The hotel's lobby was very cozy. Fire place, couches, helpful staff, free WiFi.
No mini-fridge in room with 2 double beds.

This hotel was the perfect place to stay. It is right in between both Rutland and Killington so if you're going up to ski or snowboard, it's a perfect location. Rooms were simple, clean and cheap. Free WiFi and continental breakfast included so if your phone doesn't have service, you can still do business or keep in contact with friends and family. Pool was small but looked clean as well. Overall, I would definitely stay again and recommend to friends. It's not the Hilton, but if you're in the market for a clean and comfortable place to stay, don't look any further! read more

Great price for its location.
That they charge you for an extra guest when you don't ask for a new bed.

This hotel was ok. You get what you pay for basically, good location cheap price so you cant get too picky right? We went off season so it was quiet but I can imagine it's a bit of a mad house during prime times. The continental was adequate but my OJ was stale along with the muffins, but I still got food in my belly for no extra charge so that was cool. The front desk guy did charge me an extra $15 bucks for an added last minute guest which was kind of lame because the hotel was empty and we did not require a room change or extra bed. All in all great hotel for the price, I would stay there again. read more

Loved the internet access.
The ice and free breakfast were difficult to get to due to long stairway.

Great price for accommodations offered.

Beds and pillows like concrete, food was horrific at breakfast.

This was probably the worst hotel stay I have ever had. The room was cramped, beds made your back sore each night, pillows were rock hard. The complimentary breakfast was disgusting, stale donuts, watered down coffee, and the orange juice tasted like it was spoiled.

Close to Killington.
Old, room was dingy, and the continental breakfast was toast warm OJ and green coffee.

Good if you are looking for something cheap and fairly close to Killington. Just don't expect a lot! Suited more for the young skier, who isn't looking for quality.

Library, free internet, afternoon cookies, roomy room.
Smokers in non-smoking room.

Management quickly remedied the smoker.
